1. Who We Are

Pulizie Lena Aosta ("we", "us") provides cleaning services for individuals and businesses in Aosta and the Aosta Valley. Contact: phone +39 393 174 0282, email [email protected]. Our full company details (legal name and VAT number) are shown on every quote and invoice.

2. Quotes and Bookings

Every job is preceded by a free, no-obligation quote, sent within 24 hours of your request. The quote describes the rooms involved, the tasks included, the estimated duration and the total price.

A booking is considered confirmed once the client accepts the quote in writing (including via WhatsApp or email). Until then, no amount is due.

3. Prices and Payments

The price is the one stated in the accepted quote: no additional cost without prior agreement with the client.

• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, card or cash.
• Payment is due after the job, unless otherwise agreed in writing for recurring contracts.
• Monthly invoicing is available for business contracts.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If any part of our work does not satisfy you, let us know within 24 hours of the job ending: we will come back and redo the cleaning of the areas you flagged at no extra cost. The guarantee covers the quality of the work against what was described in the accepted quote.

5. Cancellations and Changes

You can reschedule or cancel an appointment with no penalty up to 24 hours before the agreed time, with a simple message. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to agree on a case-by-case expense reimbursement.

6. Liability and Insurance

The team is covered by public liability insurance for accidental damage caused during the service. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of the job. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by faults in the client's own fixtures or appliances.

7. Keys and Access

If you entrust us with keys or access codes, they are stored anonymously and handed only to the person assigned to your job. You may revoke this arrangement at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the consumer's local court or, for business clients, the Court of Aosta.
